Fruit & Vegetables Purchasing

The quality of produce is the foundation of plant essence. We have the “Reassurance Project” to purchase large amount of fresh produce on a contracted basis, not only to ensure the quality, but also help farmers along the way.

Ingredients Arriving

Upon arrival, the produce is sampled and tested for pesticide residues and its status, making sure the quality is good.

Ingredients Processing Room

The qualified produce goes through a semi-automatic process: cleaning in water jet, ozone sterilization, and slicing, and then the slices of vegetables and fruits are packed independently by type.

Primary Fermentation Room

Fruit scraps are separated from fluids by osmotic pressure; the special yeast is added for the first stage of fermentation and extraction of phytochemicals.

Compound Fermentation Room

Yeast and lactic acid bacteria are added during extraction fermentation stage and deep fermentation stage, respectively, to break down large nutrition molecules and release a wide variety of delicate nutrients.

100-ton Blending Sink

Multiple types of primary fluid are added into a 100-ton mixing tank for thorough mixing, and then stored in separate tanks for further fermentation.

Fermentation Room with Storage

Acetobacter aceti is added to the well mixed primary fluid for storage fermentation, during which the residual alcohol is metabolized to organic acid.

Advanced Fermentation Room

After storage fermentation, the alcohol-free plant essence is made into multiple precious herbal compounds for final chelation fermentation depending on the needs. The mycelia of Antrodia cinnamomea, Ganoderma, and caterpillar fungi, as well as truffles are added to boost the level of nutrition.

Quality Control Lab

QC performs Brix, pH and viscosity tests as well as taste test to ensure the quality of plant essence.

Auto-Sterilizer & Filling Room

Fully automatic filling machine is used for primary fluid packaging. The machine is constantly cleaned and sterilized for sanitation of production line.

Packaging Process

Workers are asked to wear masks and hair nets to ensure the integrity of products. The products go through the final inspection before shipping.
